I haven't OC'd it yet but it has plenty of power running at stock speed. It's a pretty old CPU but still runs faster than some of the new Core 2 Duo out there. If you are on a limited budget but still wants some power in your CPU, this is the one for you. I use my PC for home entertainment and gaming. Most of my cards are fairly high end (Soundblaster Platinum X-Fi, GTS-450 video, 1024 MB of Ram on my PNY graphics card, this little guy doesn't heat up, although the cooling fan makes some noise. Today I played MOH for 3 hours and did I see cpu heat, well no. I do have a cooling sensor attached and AVG system guard just to keep it all in check. All goes well, sure it could use more cache and a faster FSB, but this is not a $350 cpu, it is a really torquing cpu at a fair price.
